Limited Warranties.

25-Year Limited Warranty – Survivor and QuietSound

U.S. Rubber Recycling warrants to the first purchaser for use that its Survivor® and QuietSound® merchandise are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of invoice, provided that such merchandise is listed in U.S. Rubber Recycling’s current price list at the time of the claim and such defects are not the result of ordinary wear and tear or an act of God. U.S. Rubber Recycling’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at its option, and such repair or replacement shall be the only remedy. U.S. Rubber Recycling is not responsible for damage due to transportation, improper handling, alteration, abuse or negligence. U.S. Rubber Recycling shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, any expenses associated with the removal or installation of any defective merchandise covered by this warranty. With respect to Survivor® rolled flooring, U.S. Rubber Recycling’s warranty is null and void if product is stored for more than forty five (45) days. With respect to Survivor®  or QuietSound®, U.S Rubber Recycling’s warranty is null and void if product is stored or installed in an environment where temperature and humidity are not controlled 24|7|365. U.S. Rubber Recycling makes no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED.

10 Year Limited Warranty – ClearSight

U.S. Rubber Recycling warrants to the first purchaser for use that its ClearSight merchandise is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of invoice, provided that such merchandise is listed in U.S. Rubber Recycling’s current price list at the time of the claim and such defects are not the result of ordinary wear and tear or an act of God. U.S. Rubber Recycling’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at its option, and such repair or replacement shall be the only remedy. U.S. Rubber Recycling is not responsible for damage due to transportation, improper handling, alteration, abuse or negligence. U.S. Rubber Recycling shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, any expenses associated with the removal or installation of any defective merchandise covered by this warranty. U.S. Rubber Recycling makes no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED. 

10 Year Limited Warranty – Patriot

U.S. Rubber Recycling, Inc. (U.S. Rubber) warrants to the first purchaser for use that Patriot is free from defects in material and shall not delaminate due to substrate moisture vapor for a period of ten (10) years from the date of invoice, provided that it was used for the interior installation of approved flooring products over properly prepare substrates (see the current technical data sheet for complete details)

Substrates shall be properly prepared per ASTM F710, have no visible or standing moisture, have an intact moisture vapor retarder per ASTM E1745, and be without hydrostatic pressure. The installation must be performed following both the flooring manufacturer’s and Taylor

If an installation failure occurs as a direct result of the use of defective Patriot, or delaminationdue to elevated moisture vapor or pH, U.S. Rubber will pay for equivalent floor covering, provide replacement Patriot, and pay for reasonable labor costs to repair or replace the failed portion of the installation as determined by U.S. Rubber at its sole discretion. This limited warranty applies only to adhesive related bond failures. U.S. Rubber does not warrant variables it has no control over such as the quantity of adhesive used, the workmanship of the installer, the condition of the subfloor, the stability of the flooring product and its suitability for installation on the affected jobsite, or any other conditions that might affect the installation.

U.S. Rubber reserves the right as deemed necessary to inspect any claim for cause. This warranty is null and void if U.S. Rubber is prevented from exercising this right. Any repairs done prior to inspection by a U.S. Rubber representative will void this warranty. U.S. Rubber makes no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED.

10 Year Limited Warranty – Eagle Grip

U.S. Rubber Recycling, Inc. (U.S. Rubber) warrants to the first purchaser for use that Eagle Grip is free from defects in material and shall not delaminate due to substrate moisture vapor for a period of ten (10) years from the date of invoice, provided that it was used for the interior installation of approved flooring products over properly prepare substrates (see the current technical data sheet for complete details).

Substrates shall be properly prepared per ASTM F710, have no visible or standing moisture, have an intact moisture vapor retarder per ASTM E1745, and be without hydrostatic pressure. When used as a concrete moisture vapor barrier, the substrate must also be properly prepared and porous per ASTM F3191.
