A&D, Commercial Customers

U.S. Rubber will pay parcel charges for standard ground delivery
If (i) expedited delivery, (ii) international delivery or (iii) delivery to Hawaii or Alaska is requested, a UPS or FedEx account number must be provided to U.S. Rubber
- If the architect/designer/customer does not have an account number, then U.S. Rubber will prepare an invoice for expedited delivery charges. U.S. Rubber will email to the architect/designer/customer a link to an encrypted site for credit card payment.

Non-Commercial Customers

A fee of $75 will be invoiced and must be paid using U.S. Rubber’s encrypted credit card web page prior to shipping for the cost of the sample and ground delivery
- This fee can be waived if the customer asks its authorized local dealer or contractor to make the sample request
- In the event that a customer asks their local dealer or contractor to make the request, the customer must provide contact information to U.S. Rubber at [email protected]
- If the customer is not working with an authorized dealer or contractor, the customer should contact a Customer Service Representative at (833) U.S. RUBBER (877.8233) or [email protected] and an authorized dealer or contractor will be provided
