High Abuse/High Wear Areas
Health Clubs/Gyms: This product is not warranted against premature deterioration in specific fitness applications. Always be careful to use rubberized weight plates and dumbbells in free weight areas. Repeated metal to rubber dropping and pounding, or even heavy rubber plates to rubber dropping, will cause premature wear issues. In these particularly high abuse areas such as dumbbell drop areas, free weight and pivot points, a preventative layer of matting may be required to negate premature wear.
Ice Rinks: This product is not warranted against premature deterioration in specific ice rink applications such as penalty boxes, concession stands, changing rooms, entrances and exits to and from the ice rink itself. It is highly recommended that skate guards be worn in such areas to extend the life of the floor.
Installation: Must use a “full-spread” glue down using “SureBond”, U.S. Rubber’s 1-part Urethane Adhesive. Seam taping or random spot gluing is not recommended and may void the warranty.
